Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Wordman, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all users, including individuals and church administrators.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Wordman. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Wordman for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm other users, to distribute spam or malicious content, or to attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Wordman, including your goals, reflections, and journal entries. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it to you and, where applicable, to your accountability partners or church leaders as part of the service.
Church Administrator Responsibilities
Church administrators are responsible for ensuring that their use of Wordman complies with applicable data protection laws in their jurisdiction. This includes obtaining appropriate consent from members before adding them to church plans or viewing their spiritual data.
Subscription & Payments
Some features of Wordman require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use Wordman ceases immediately and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Wordman is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Spiritual outcomes are not guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wordman and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of Wordman after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
